IMO that would be a foolish (and impossible) thing for this company at this time. I think even Rustler would agree. It is incredibly expensive to take bring a product to the market. I believe some of the acknowledged dilution is proof of that. The company will need every penny they can raise to be successful.
What sense would it make to issue shares within weeks of a buy back?
