spoke - does anyone owe you an answer about the meeting? It would appear that you could get more answers if you wouldn't be so confrontational in every post. I wouldn't blame cobra if he refused to even acknowledge your method of questioning.

spoke: No they did not make any statements about the quiet period being over, and the question was not asked by anyone. Based on how the conversations were going there didn't seem to be any concern about a quiet period. No question was ever answered with "we can't answer that because we are in a quiet period".

David Wojcik did speak, and I also had conversations afterwards with him for about a total of 25 to 30 min. I specifically asked him why he was working for the telco vs NV. I don't remember all that he said, however there was a huge difference in compensation I believe. I had heard earlier that his wife didn't want to move to Portland, and the travel required to Asia didn't fit with his family schedule. I didn't confirm those things however because we were involved in tech and market discussions which I felt were more important.

I also didn't ask, nor was it offerred as to whom he works for.
