I'm not sure what people are expecting to happen tomorrow. The PR made it sound as though the Boise public could start ordering and using an actual ultra high-speed wireless broadband internet service provided by MediaG3 starting tomorrow.
However, the QE 9/30/2011 financial statements show that the MDGC does not have money to hire a workforce to implement and administer such a service nor pay for the office and logistical equipment needed. The telephone number is still going to Val Westergard's voice mail.
There are no FCC licenses and have been no announcements or advertisements to the public about the service starting. The iwifi website hasn't changed.
In fact, I can't see that anything at all has happened that would be evidence that Val Westergard is actually going to deliver on his most recent "launch" claim. It's just the most recent dangling carrot for MDGC shareholders to keep holding the stock.
There was supposed to be a shareholder update late last year -- the one in which shareholders had to send in their name, address, home telephone number and e-mail address to receive. There was also supposed to be a conference call of some sort.
I expect Val Westergard will issue something confirming that the launch is still in progress but because of financial and/or other various reasons is taking longer than anticipated in order to keep the carrot dangling until a new carrot replaces it or there is action by the SEC or the DTCC that exposed this scam for what it is.
