What other states are they doing business in and have nexus? I am a corporate tax accountant for a large CPA firm.

From what I see, they have no filing requirements anywhere besides a federal tax return and a Nevada annual filing fee of $125.

Prove me wrong.

Kenco, you are correct for a change. In every state a corporation has 'nexus' or a presence within the state, they are required to register with that state.

Nevertheless, as I explained in my previous post...as a retired CPA, I often see businesses focus solely on growing their business. This comes at the expense of proper tax filings with the respective states they sell into.

Also, when CannaCig sales commence, you will see RFMK pay the CA annual registration fee and reactivate their status IMO. Meanwhile, for them to have an inactive "forfeited" status WILL NOT prevent them from selling into California, and it is my guess they intend to get this corrected as soon as possible.

All imho
