Nevada has no corporate or even franchise tax. The only thing a business needs to pay is $125 annual fee for doing business in the state.

That should put an end to that conversation.

MDPennyPlayer, RFMK still had to pay franchise tax all of that time, and the penalties add up when you neglect them, thats why competent managers close out corporate statuses when they arent needed.
