Uplisting---There is NO holdup-thats a loaded question that indicates u have rejected all postings on this matter-- audited financials are current but to uplist u have to have 2 years as per what I've seen-

if u read Bobs last posted email on this carefully as I asked u to do earlier Bob wanted to report for 4th qtr-that may be required to have 2 years audited.

Read my past posts which u automatically reject for I've outlined the requirements and nitty gritty of uplisting process in hundreds of pages-its a difficult gauntlet for these low priced pennies tiny office staffs that normally takes a year or more.
