MDPennyPlayer, ROTFLOL, RFMK is a publically traded company, and the shareholders are the owners, you might be confusing it with a privately held company which doesnt trade and which has 1 or a closed group of shareholders, Mike just owns more than 50%, thus controls the company, most likely thanks to his nice 100,000,000 share gift to himself earlier this year.
