I think Meller said 116M in the intverview

I'm listening to the interview now, and about 2 minutes in, he says 116M shares outstanding, not 160M. Where did you get that number?

He also estimated $10.5M revenue in 2011, and $800K in operating income, which sounds pretty decent to me.

If it is 116M, then it's a little lower than the 130M I thought it might be back on Jan 20:

It also means, that at a share price of $0.04, the market cap is $4.6M, which would not be unreasonable for a company with $10M in sales, though probably on the low side.

We'll have to wait for the 10-K to look at the stock price on a PE ratio basis.
