Not sure what the point is your trying to make there... because its not a secrete that MM who deal in Pinksheets get fined for their actions... its also not a secrete that the fines are always less then the profits they make, thats why they break the rules.
And we could all go out and do some DD and post where every MM from NITE to PERT to ETMM to VERT and so on have broken a SEC reg and been fined by the SEC. What is important about today is the fact that the chart and the movement of the stock is as obvious as ever, that someone was dumping shares...

Now if you all want to go one clammering about the shorts and how its all coming to an end for the evil shorts, have a ball, I prefer good solid investment due diligence and actual in front of me facts... VERT being here all of a sudden, VERT have a very well known reputation as a dilution MM, the volume all of a sudden up over 5 times the daily average and the stock falling to a new low over the past 4 months of trading, are all facts...and there is not a single person you could find that will ever tell you that a short covering causes the PPS to drop like it did... today was and is simply a dumping of shares by someone be it a debt holder, retail holder or the company... end of conversation as its obvious you and the short folks have your opinion and I have mine... one thing we all agree on is that in the long run this will be a successful stock to own and we will all make some nice money off of it.
