You're probably right. In a recent email, Atwell assured me that Camelot "did not [lose] the lawsuit".

Then again, most investors will internalize the outcome to be negative, as the rights to the Liberation Entertainment film library revert to Incentive Capital at the end of May 2012, barring some last minute miracle.
