This posting is addressed to John Simmonds WLSA CEO and founder of Vertility.

The purpose of this posting is to ask you to immediately remove from the site any and all misleading and false references to the Fanotech Companies as follows.

1. Joint Venture. It implies the existence of a joint venture between WLSA (Vertility) and the Fanotech Companies. There is no joint venture in existence past or future. That reference is misleading and should be immediately removed.
2. WLSA owns the American Marketing and Sales Rights. It implies the existence of an agreement between WLSA and the Fanotech Companies. No such agreement was or is in existence. This statement is false and should be immediately removed.

G. Tomassoni and Laura Tomassoni collectively own 100% of the Fanotech Companies Including Fanotech Enviro, Fanotech Waste Equipment, and Fanocor Enterprises. Not to be confused with Fanocorp Ltd. a Simmonds Company.

Our son Dino and daughter Lisa are an integral and important part of the Fanotech family business and very proud of both. Recently your site has been cowardly used by persons under assumed names (save Brad Herrin) to discredit and ridicule the Companies and all of us and especially Lisa who is definitely not fliier. I would like to ask you and the other users of the site to use the site for business purposes and refrain from personal attacks.

If I may, I would like to suggest that you ask your CEO John Simmonds for more in depth information regarding the other joint ventures. I hope you get a straight answer.

Lastly, I thank you all for your anticipated cooperation and understanding. Should you decide to satisfy your curiosity I welcome you at anytime, my door is always open. I may need a day or two notice, please no phone calls.
