I think that the Court did receive your Objection/Request for an Estoppel however the Clerk may have thought the language at the end - an Order from Judge Walrath - was too strong and showed it to her first and she rejected having it docketed.

Ben has already filed an Appeal and I expect he would have first checked the required timeline.
