Was trying to figure out that myself. Just have to wait and see I guess unless Bionic has anymore information what that means.

I think it has to do with the divi shares being more of a problem than the converts. Some have mentioned on here to cancel the divi shares, well I'm sur they are legally bound to award them. People could sue for them, somebody has to go out of pocket to cover those shares if graffiti shares are turned back into sdvi shares. This is a problem of their doing.
