Savoy Energy also issued a promissory note for $96,499 to President and CEO Bertagnolli toward unpaid salary and loans to the company by him.

Separately, the company entered into a 90-day management services agreement with Dallas-based ASL Energy Corp., led by President Daniel Vesco. Under its terms, ASL Energy will receive a signing bonus of $100,000 and be eligible for a bonus of like amount subject to conditions including a merger of the two companies.
