Just because they say no or they don't provide that service that does not mean it cannot be done. Guess what Scottrade dose not provide L2 for OTC market. That does not mean there is no L2 of OTC.

thats scottrade..other brokers let you..not all but some do..just cuz yours does not let you, you should not make coments like that..
