Interesting that one or two guys, operating across multiple companies, can find so many instantaneous opportunities out there. Where does he find the time to find them all.
I wonder, if you are compensated to promote a fraud, and you know it is a fraud, does disclosure exonerate you from accusations of market manipulation?
