Lots of talk lately about *REVERSE*SPLIT*


I dont know the exact dynamics of it, in this particular situation?

will a R/S actually be good for PHAR, I just know, I dont remember seeing one work out too well!

Usually the post Reverse Split PPS is most of the time quickly lower than the conversion PPS pre R/S

This is a definate CONUNDRUM ~imo

Our next PR will be RS. JMO

PHAR should have done a RS when Howard took over the shell. The current SS is a mess and unfavorable for attracting investment

Is that what Howard told you at the site visit or just your opinion? A R/S at this point would be a disaster for shareholders. It would play right into the hands of Dennis & Co. who are eager to dump tens of millions of shares that will be coming off of restriction. The SP would go right back down to where it is right now in due time after a R/S. And that's my opinion.

On the contrary, a Reverse Split of PHAR to eradicate the dilution of DM & Co. would be very effective. Why drag out the pain??? Why wait for PHAR to go to $0.0001 before doing a Reverse?

I still wonder what will happen Feb-April when everyone restrictions come off their shares, including PATB LLC (20.8M)

and even if they are absorbed somehow, I still think thats just scratching the surface of overall problems with PHAR

I do agree with most investors here on this board that want Howard to do a CC, I think that will help clear many things up!
