Very simple thing to do. I need to go ahead and pull my bid support. Thank you for your comments. I would have never known unless you had brought it to my attention.

I have emailed IR twice with no response. The CC's so far are just recordings, not live call in, because I would be sure to call in and ask him who has the 504's (ie - toxic financing).

I will go through the financials and be sure to report the facts tonight.

Such a shame because I do like the website and business model. I hope he does not run this in the ground like his last company, I believe it is setting at no bid/.0001

I think it is good for the SEEK board that we have someone talked to Scott and to have an open line of communication with him. You wouldn't see to many CEO returning any calls period. That what make SEEK great.
