Could be, but I usually find those T trades are MM's trying to suppress a stock price.

I have been with viper for a long time. I have never seen a single purchase of 30 plus million shares. When viper was trading at $1 we probably had similar purchases in terms of money, but not shares.

To me this is very bullish as people with some serious money are now moving back into the stock.
