1 share for 16.28 would give ERHC 418K shares of the new company. Valuation can't be figured until we see where it trades. The new company will need to trade at $3.11 to be a nuetral event for ERHC.

Given the Warrants at $1.50 and $2, that's in the ballpark. Let's wait for the dust to settle on NewCo's trading once the tranaction is approved by the exchange.
