Gerry, if New to the Game hasn't gone back to the Board he came from I will bet that he doesn't read and understand the Legal Arguments in your Post. The last thing GERS needs is for one of those two inventors, able to offer firsthand Testimony; to Drop dead on the Witness Stand. Could be more delicately phrased, but I think I got my point across!! MOO
