So now it is a criminal offense to talk with someone about potential financing. I can see where the SEC might get mad if you got financing and did not tell them, but now you are saying is is not right to talk about financing with anyone. What is this World coming to?

I thought you added them to that list last year. Any feedback from the SEC on this scam? How's the investigation going? Proof please.
