Right so at present in March they get delisted. It can change but right now thats where they are headed. They need to reverse split or file an extension but the clock is ticking.

I was reading that Edger on the SEC site, an could find no extentions at all. As a matter of fact, there was not even a document filed for the last R/S!!!!!
