That PR from GRBG regarding SSPT was issued on Oct. 28, 2009:

GRBG CEO William White then brought in Brian Barrett and Tammy Posten from GESM (now CLDR) as the CEO and COO of SSPT. Barret and Posten had SSPT buy GuestMetrics from GESM and proceeded to dilute SSPT into the ground with the assistance of Big Apple Consulting.

Following a reverse split, Barrett and Posten again diluted SSPT into the ground, removed the GuestMetrics subsidiary and abandoned the company. The corporation is in default with the NV SOS, has gone dark with OTC Markets, hasn't issued a PR in two years, etc.

SSPT stopped paying the web host several months ago so the site became a dead link. Someone has recently redirected SSPT's URL to a free Word Press site and uses the Easel theme.

For unknown reasons, the person behind this Word Press Shot Spirits site loaded a PR from GRBG that is 27 months old and tried to make it look current.

This is not the official website of SSPT. That site is long gone along with management and all of the assets.
