I guess no one has heard of profit loss. They have debt like every company does but it reduces tax liability. There is a difference between the stock world and the business world. If this company grows then they continue to make more money, then they come with new products or get bought out by another company. This company at least has a product and a CEO who responds and a working company address and phone number. Tell me how many pennies have that yet people will invest in companies everyday that do nothing and have no one you can get ahold of. Just because a company has debt or has failed before doesn't make them a scam.
