BION dude I don't need public documents, i have all the proof i need by my misfortrunate investments in two different shells that he owned. I have read some previous post by Teffy and he pretty much is spelling it out for you by posting the DD by nodummy.....AV-S was a joke. The 19 yo kid as the company CEO...it is all true man.
Go ahead and invest in this stock bud and good luck to ya. I really don't care to come up with anything else to try and stear you away from a likely bad investment...perhaps you will get lucky and this will be one of his better shells. Perhaps you are involved with those that have merged with the shell or perhaps you are John Jarvis himself and you are trying to fight the facts with this give me proof stuff in hopes to keep new investors willing to invest. Many of us have the proof by unfortunate experience or watching others and their bad experiences with the Jarvis shells and if you don't want to take that as a warning then buy this stock up and be merry.
