If you think your brokerage is naked shorting, you might want to find a new brokerage. I don't think the big guys would waste their time breaking the law on such a tiny stock, overvalued as it is, as JBII.

Since no brokerage has ever been made to "produce NSS shares", I'm going to stick with "Not actually happening".

Thanks for posting that. It lessens the fear, uncertainty and doubt that I was beginning to feel due to the possibility of holding bogus shares. I will move some shares around between my various accounts on Monday to make sure that each has below 1M in jbii stock.
