A R/S would be a PR disaster!!!!! I can't see why they would invest so much in PR and just throw it all away with a R/S...I've heard that ICOA made an application to become a fully reporting OTC BB again...dunno I sent Erwin an e-mail just waiting to hear back to confirm
Well they went through a reduction and ramped the OS right back to generate operating capital for net reduction of about 1/2 B shs. But at least they released the data, were forthcoming about why the issuances were done...these are positive signs but they need to release some preliminary sales figures and customer data and generally business strategy going forward...hopefllly that is what is being worked on...
