i'm stuck with the ING . . . that's just where my $$ is now...

i have been able to gobble up the fees elsewhere in investments, so i'm not too worried about that...

I know this will sound like a dumb-dumb question...but if i were to set my limit at .007 and shares are available for cheaper...will they be added to my portfolio at the lower market price?

i suppose in the long run it doesn't matter, because i am not planning on selling any time soon...but on the other hand i do not want to be chasing all day long...

and yes, i will be available to sit and watch all day long...
