We are just lucky the government is allowing this merger. They would never in a million years allow Coke and Pepsi to merge because of the potential monopoly on that market. But as far as I know, illume and phonegaurd are the two "big dogs" in the anti-texting while driving market, and so maybe our merger slipped under the radar because neither company is HUGE yet.
