I'm less interested in what someone's opinion of the situation is than I am of the facts.

We won't have any facts until Spinelli releases a quarterly.

But just so I understand what your understanding is, are you saying that TBSS, which according to Spinelli has existed for a number of years and performed various miracles such as the 30% reduction in energy consumption for Con Ed and has current contracts underway is NOT what shareholders have in the public company?

That Spinelli has separated the private TBSS from the public TBSS?

TBSS the public company has NO physical location since it is brand new

sorry ... even a holding company needs an office from which to monitor and control its subs from.
TBSS having NO office is EXTREMELY SUSPECT.
