No don't get that involved in trades. Don't sit and watch tic by tic. Ones that come from no where buying at bid, usually become traders, just like retail. They may have a trading group backing their action. Making them just a arm of a pro trading group.
Many groups have relationships with small broker/dealer firms and place all orders thru them, while playing a hot stock.
