I hope they fry his arse and the DOJ charges him in a criminal court....which is exactly what kind of court he needs to spend a lot of time in....IMO

For those new to the board who are looking for information on this company. This last post by 49erminer1, a first time poster, not easily verified. Lots of other information in regards to how awful this company and its CEO is available. Highly recommend doing research prior to buying any shares. I'm confident if you do you will save yourself some money.

It'd be sweet if those of us who lost money in Alto got reimbursed, at Klok's expense, for this terrible, misleading ordeal he put us through.

Wait, this is the guy who says he's CEO, saying he's never been an officer of ALTO AND that the company owed him a lot of money (i.e. those mysterious stock options that he refused to state how many he owns).

SUBPOENA - Those of you who were wishing that the SEC would do something about ALTO are getting your wish. I just received a subpoena from the SEC to appear in New York for a hearing, but since I have never owned ALTO stock, have never been an officer, director or employee,and am owed a fair amount of money by ALTO, I'm not anxious to fly from the west coast to New York at my own expense and pay for lodging, cab fare, etc....oh well.
