It amazes me they were dumb enough to disclose it, but like many Pink sheet CEOs bet on, nobody reads them or knows how to read them. This one is a series of bad disclosures, errors and gaffs throughout, starting on the very first page, I mean attention to detail is not a strength here, when you cannot get your CUSIP right, it is like an abstract of how bad the rest of the report is going to be....lol..
