He was never on the BOD, have you researched this at all? I can tell you who the CEO's were and who the BOD was/is, but Nether wasnt one of them.

In case you havent noticed, OUR INVESTMENT is almost worthless NOW. We're here waiting and putting faith in the ESHC.

since the math seems so hard for some folks, FYI:

using a hypothetical 5B shares,

our 'worthless' 1% of as it stands => 1,500,000$
is the same as 5,000,000,000 shares * 0.0003
is the same as 50,000,000 shares * 0.03
is the same as 5,000,000 shares * 0.30

R/S doesn't change anything unless shares are issued after the R/S.
