I dont see too much dilution from here, not with the management consistently buying shares, they would be diluting their own shares!! Cant see that, getting closer to news.

Yup, usually means they are planning some sort of deal and will be taking the pps higher then current prices, usually a funding deal or something, this is always good! JMHO
