You have every right to feel optimistic if you want to.

But I would caution you from being too optimistic, because PTEL Corp. vaporized with a stroke of a pen on Nov. 23, 2011 as per the 8-K that was released on Jan. 18, 2012.

There will be no more PTEL developments ever again.
