tentative scheduling:

One day trial on Feb 1...

pretrial conference 3-4 days prior to Feb 1 trial...

filing of simultaneous pretrial briefs 2-3 days before pretrial conference...

any depositions/discovery to be done prior to the filing of pretrial briefs...

Assuming the 'normal' pattern holds - my humble guess is that we won't see anything that gets filed until the end of this dance.

Whatever that end ends up being.
