Market would spring forward on a break up... this would allow quick moves in SPY calls expiring today...in my simple opinion they pull out all stops to muck it up on fridays......to prevent quick profits on SPY put /call spreads and nakeds...
Just another example of the crooks utilizing quant/HFT thievery to make surte this is anything but random...
