Question...

Do they submit/file the S-1/A, then go thru the SEC questions and answers, prior to acceptance and public filing of the document, or

Public Filing and review and then questions corrections of Company and SEC?

I look daily for the filing, and just began to wonder how this works. Seems the first would work best.
