Exactly, if you ask me SNRY even amended previous filings just for the sake of doing so. They want to make sure ALL of their filing are in perfect order. Combine that with all of the other things you mentioned taking place......I smell a SUPER8k real,real soon!



"I still keep thinking to myself why would they keep up with all the filings the past year and hire a person like Mark Levy to find a R/M candidate, website under construction(with links to all the recent filings still on there) and all the many other DD info "Bucks" and others have discovered if nothing serious was going happen. And why even do the R/S if they intend to keep the O/S the same which will be super low @ 7mil only post R/S and not dilute it. There has to be a reason for all of these things to be happening."
