Jack, wake up: the annual financials will not be in "a few weeks".
It can take PM 6 months or more to update his spreadsheet.
There is no downside. People will buy dilutive shares no matter what the financials are.
He once went FIVE YEARS without any financials.
The company has $0 annual revenues, but was still issuing fluff PRs, announcing new products, and selling billions of shares. If the financials are bad (and they are), PM will sit on them.
