Companies might be better off just raising pps above 1c (and having fundamentals to keep it up there) and becoming current w financials and thus applying themselves-otcbb is a bonus and is still untargeted. This equals a 1/100 R/S.

You what sucks about the whole thing too. I have 5 positions that are no longer DTC eligible. All 5 were doing somewhat good now are in the dumps. All 5 said they are working on the DTC issue. 6 months later, not one of them has made any progress.

Seems that one of the only clear paths is to change Symbol, issue new cusip, and re-apply to DTC (which can take months for approval)

Another way to stay off, is to be NON-SHELL and DO NOT ISSUE 504's
