Maybe there is a fine line, but if you are a public company material information regardingthe company is supposed to be disclosed if not by PR in their SEC filings. Say you dredge an hit the mother lode or in the reverse get little to nothing. Is that relevent as a shareholder in deciding to buy more, sell, or hold?
