no idea what you are talking about my friend - who ever mentioned office rent???? Anytime a company gets $615k net proceeds on a sale from anything it is good news... and yes this is not earth shattering news like being bought out or entering into a deal with some major company however this is super positive news and is reflecting in the stock price for a reason and for a good reason I have no idea how you are not understanding that good news came out today....
