I believe its being done via the IR. He sent out a number of pumps suggesting time was running out and how great things were too come. The list he contacted via email, were likely a number contacts both past and present from FRMC people and of course RCFEF converts.
A great number of people knew about the web site and approximately when it would be viewable. I don't think there getting the results they had expected too thus far. The ball should keep rolling however; people will hit the “I like button” and keep signing up regardless. I have my own suspicions about who, when, and how much, the insiders may dump into this pump, if it does get rolling though.

I just spoke with RainChiefs ir and he said
that he is aware of the Twitter and Facebook activity and has been
receiving more calls and messages then normal,
I was asked to keep a close watch for news,
I was reassured that company has let go of all its Solar interests so I presume that this build up must have something do with Oil & Gas.
RainChief states Oil & Gas as there business in recent filings.
I hope they announce something substantial so I can finally dump all the non-performing stocks in my portfolio and pick up some more RainChief.
