what content would they have to pay for?...this is their site and all the content is just the deals or offers they have...that makes no sense whatsoever...also...there has been no advertising expense or attempt to purchase any...SEO is not that much maybe $10K at the most...which they have not purchased either...seems some money is missing somewhere...

The SEO has not been delivered so that is not an expense. No advertising so that's not an expense. Where are you getting this information from when there is none to get? $235,000 left as of this month based on YOUR calculations? That's plenty to last through May but that's based on unseen information which is only speculation.

IMO, it's for a pump and nothing else. If you research the two company's that have just lent him money, they are both directly associated with P&D loans for MANY P&D companies.
