I don't think Howard wants to get bought out, not that it won't happen. I think he wants to personally see his Aquaprin to market!

On paper that would be logical, but most of the time it leaves current shareholders netting about 10% over current PPS, if the big pharma just absorbs PHAR and products.
Thats how many big ones just stamp out competion or product .

Say if BAYER did so , it has the very popular effervecent asprin with bicarb,flavored called ALKACELTZER in many forms. Most probably HOWARD would get money for his efforts as patents are not in PHARs name... Shareholders left in the dust.

Your right though, it could work, but for me , it needs to work for us as well as HOWARD.
