Before I ever got into this stock, and it was the first one that was recommended to me by the people from VUI, he already knew that awful truth about the guy in charge of it.
He really didn't care, as he was just interested in selling stock.
After I signed that Non Disclosure Agreement, he then had an obligation to tell me about the people from VUI, but chose not to.
Yes, he's responsible for all losses they caused me to have because of that, and his constant threatening me when I found out what he'd been doing with this company since 2006.
He, without asking me first whether or not I'd be receptive to it, and after what I'd told him about what I'd been working on for several years already, he just didn't care, and tried to trick me into committing a Federal crime, as he has no ethics or moral compass.
