When I asked I used the term 'not clear' and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt the terms 'acts via a unique mechanism of action' and 'differs from the mechanism of currently used anti hepatitis agents', because this might be correct for all we know. However, nowhere in the PR the term 'NS3/4A protease inhibitor' is mentioned and in this omission lies a possible intent to mislead.
